Ingredients

  • 400 grams water
  • 150 grams caster sugar
  • 4 peaches (Saturn or donut)
  • 8 apricots
  • 15 verbena (fresh, leaves)

Directions

  1. Pour water and sugar in a pan, bring to a boil, and continue to cook for 5 minutes. Pour the syrup in a dish, add verbena leaves.
  2. Wash unpeeled peaches and apricots, cut each into four piece. When the syrup is cool, add the fruits, and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
  3. Serve with cupcakes.
