4-4-21 Dijon mustard was strong so added another 1/4 cup apricot preserves and no red pepper flakes. I spread it over sliced turkey ham and baked at 400 about 30 minutes or more. Delicious. It wouldn't be a dipping sauce unless it was heated prior to serving--too thick when first mixed.
