Ingredients

  • 3 cups lettuce (sliced)
  • 1/3 cup parsley
  • 1 green apples (sliced in small strips)
  • 2 tablespoons nuts (ground, any kind)
  • 1 lemon juice (and zest)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon onions (finely chopped)
  • salt (as desired)
  • pepper (as desired)

Directions

  1. Mix the lemon juice, lemon zest, olive oil, onion, salt, and pepper in a sealed container.
  2. Place the lettuce leaves, parsley, and apples on 2 plates.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salads, sprinkle with ground nuts, and serve.
