Ingredients

  • 6 apples
  • 10 grams fresh ginger
  • 4 anise (stars)
  • 400 grams crushed ice

Directions

  1. Wash and slice the apples, remove the core, and put them in a blender or food processor with the ginger interspersed with the fruit.
  2. Pour the obtained juice into a pan with the star anise, and heat to a boil.
  3. Let cool, remove the star anise, and refrigerate.
  4. Before serving, divide the juice into glasses, fill with crushed ice, and place a star anise on top.
