  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons malt syrup (rice, honey or maple syrup can be used)
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 apple
  • 1 zucchini (use 2 if really little)
