  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (from about half a lemon)
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 3/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup oatmeal
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 pound butter (cold, cut into small cubes)
  • 1 tablespoon cold water
