Loved this spin on trad apple pie. Sour cream gave it layers and denseness. Reminder to NOT place crumb mixture on until until last 5 min of baking (I missed that direction and did that step at the onset of baking) to avoid butter run-off and an oven in flames. Also, used 3 Haralson apples and it was a full pie, so not sure how recipe quantity of 6 would work?!
