    Used breasts. Brine was good but maybe a bit too much garlic. Vinegar based BBQ sauce is a pretty thin to use but has great flavor.

    I used a local Japanese teriyaki sauce, some homemade tomato ketchup, and L & P Worcestershire sauce and a touch of Tabasco instead of the BBQ sauce...a sprinkle of ground cinnamon, clove and nutmeg and persimmon vinegar instead of apple cider vinegar.
