Ingredients

  • 4 apples (green)
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 drops lime juice
  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup butter (melted)

Directions

  1. 1Wash, peel and slice the apples. Place the apple slices and raisins into a 15 x 20 baking pan and sprinkle with the cinnamon, a tbsp. of brown sugar and two tbsps. of white sugar. Add a few drops of lime juice.
  2. 2Mix the cup of brown sugar with the butter, flour, oatmeal and baking powder in a bowl.
  3. 3Cover the apples with the oatmeal mixture.
  4. 4Bake 30 minutes at 180 C.
