For me, this is a huge comfort dessert. It tastes just like my grandmother used to make. It's fresh, crunchy, and bursting with flavor. The lime juice is a really nice subtle touch. It really cures a sweet tooth while being packed full of healthy oats, apples, and raisins instead of chocolate. Love this recipe!
