- 4 apples (green)
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1 Tbsp. canela
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 3 drops lime juice
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 cup butter (melted)

Directions
- Wash, peel and slice the apples. Place the apple slices and raisins into a 15 x 20 baking pan and sprinkle with the cinnamon, a tbsp. of brown sugar and two tbsps. of white sugar. Add a few drops of lime juice.
- Mix the cup of brown sugar with the butter, flour, oatmeal and baking powder in a bowl.
- Cover the apples with the oatmeal mixture.
- Bake 30 minutes at 180 C.
