  • 1 cup light brown sugar (I used 1/3 c. Splenda)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt (I didn’t use)
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 2 eggs
  • 6 ounces plain greek yogurt (fat free)
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1/2 cup butter (melted I used Earth Balance)
  • 1 cup apple (grated, I used Gala)
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
