I made these earlier and they were a hit! I made a few changes (used sweetened cinnamon applesauce, decreased amount of sugar and cinnamon, added apple juice to thin the batter a little). The brown sugar topping is the perfect amount of sweetness, without making it too sugary. Overall, I would make these again. :)
