This recipe was easy, simple & great. Cooking it again tonight. Didn't change any of the recipe. Husband thought the same. I made home made gravy from pork stock which i had in the freezer. Cooked a vegetable stack which was mushrooms, chopped tomatoes,onions, capsicum, garlic and asparagus with mash potato on the side just great.
