  • 2/3 cup coconut palm sugar

  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch ground ginger
  • 1 pinch fine sea salt
  • 1 banana (ripe, mashed)
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil (melted, + extra for greasing)
  • 1 3/4 cups milk (your choice, I used almond)
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries (thawed, or fresh if they’re in season)
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened dried cranberries
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts (roughly)
  • 2 tablespoons cacao nibs
