Tasty, which I was happily surprised by. Happy my cells will be happy with the nutrients I gave them. Next time though I won't add banana as for digestion it doesn't combine well with acid fruits like lemon/lime and pineapple. Berries, apples, mango, grapes are great substitutes and also anti-inflammatory.
