I didn’t like it, way to dry and not enough flavor. My husband said it was ok

Really filling and easy to make. I would use another package of sausage next time or at least cut the rounds in half. It could also use a splash of lemon or some kind of acid to brighten it up.

Very yummy meal! I actually forgot the creole seasoning and so we just spiced our individual bowls to our own tastes, but it worked really well still. We'll definitely be making this again. I didn't notice that the beans dried it out at all (and I did use two cans).

So-so. I used only 1 can of beans and cut the Cajun seasoning by half. The beans really dry out the dish and given the flavor of the smoked sausage, the Cajun seasoning is very overpowering

I really enjoyed this dish. Tasty and easy to make. I added red pepper flakes to give it an added punch.

An easy recipe and an instant success ! I am not into extreme spicy so that being said I cut the Cajun spice down to 1/2 it still tasted great and ended up without leftovers.. :).

Good, fast and easy! A little dry if you are used to pot juices when cooking dry beans. I will make again but will cut back on rice and up the chicken broth.

This was a delicious dish that was easy to prep and make. The family liked it very much and we had some friends over that really liked it too.

Turned out great even though I misunderstood the directions! I cooked the rice seperately and added it back to the dish. I just made an extra pot to clean but no harm done! It tastes great.

Good quick recipe for work nights when I want beans and rice but don't have time to make it NOLA style.

Great flavours. I used a red onion, red and green pepper and courgette...i didn't use the celery as in this recipe. i felt like the beans dried it out a little.
