Description

Ingredients

flour
2 puff pastry sheets
1 can jam (angel hair squash)
cinnamon
1 eggs

Directions

1Preheat the oven to 220C.
2Sprinkle the kneading surface with flour.
3Place one of the pastry sheets on the surface. Spread the angel hair on the sheet, leaving a 2 centimeter margin on all sides.
4Add cinnamon to taste.
5Beat an egg, brush the edges of the sheet and place the other sheet on top. Seal the borders with a fork.
6Brush some egg on the top of the pastry sheets for a crispy texture.
7Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
