  • 1/4 cup cilantro

  • pepper
  • 2 cups red cabbage
  • 1 carrot (grated)
  • 4 green onions (sliced)
  • 1 tablespoon low-fat mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 packet stevia (or 1 tbsp. honey)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • salt
  • pepper
