Ingredients

  • 260 grams wheat flour
  • 13 grams baking powder
  • 230 grams whole milk
  • 45 grams mayonnaise (Amora)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoons milk

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a food processor, or in a bowl.
  2. Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  3. Flour your hands lightly, and make 10 dough balls.
  4. Place the dough balls, stuck together, on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Brush the dough balls with milk, and sprinkle with sesame seeds
  6. Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.

These aren't your grandmother’s muffins! The Dijon mayonnaise made the muffins moist and savory. They were really good. I served mine with thinly sliced ham.
