  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 2 teaspoons minced ginger
  • 2 teaspoons minced ginger
  • 2 tablespoons salad dressing
  • 10 ounces frozen peas
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt (plus more to taste)
  • herbs (small handful chopped, I used mint and parsely, but use whatever you have - cilantro, basil, and scallion greens are all good)

Not as spiced as I would prefer a curry to be, but my kid enjoyed it's mildness and the flavors were distinguishable. I would use only 2 medium sized potatoes for this recipe.
