almond meal is normally is grams but this is in ml so i had to do my own conversion which i think makes it didn't turn out great. its a thick consistency. i wish the receipe owner can provide a grams weigh for the almond meal. would like to try this receipe again

I added a bit more almond flour...about an oz. would double this for more than 2 people. Served it with blackberry jam mixed with organic brown rice syrup that was heated. This was SO good. Rather nutty texture and of course a nice almond taste. This will now be one of a very few great breakfast recipes in my recipe box for guests.
