Almond Tart


  • 75 grams butter
  • 100 grams sugar
  • 1 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 150 grams flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 100 grams almonds
  • 100 grams sugar
  • 100 grams butter
  • 3 tablespoons milk


  1. 1Preheat oven to 360°F.
  2. 2Grease a tart tin.
  3. 3To prepare the crust, mix the butter, sugar, and egg.
  4. 4Add milk, flour, and baking powder and mix gently.
  5. 5Pour into the tart tin and bake for about 15 minutes, until cooked and slightly brown. Remove from oven and set aside.
  6. 6To prepare the filling, combine the almonds, sugar, butter, and milk in a saucepan, heat at medium heat and bring to a boil. Stir constantly. Once it begins to boil, cook for about 5 minutes until creamy.
  7. 7Place the filling on top of the crust and bake in the oven again until golden brown, or for about another 15 minutes.
  8. 8Remove from the tart tin while still hot.
