• 75 grams butter
  • 100 grams sugar

  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 150 grams flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 100 grams almonds

  1. Preheat oven to 360°F.
  2. Grease a tart tin.
  3. To prepare the crust, mix the butter, sugar, and egg.
  4. Add milk, flour, and baking powder and mix gently.
  5. Pour into the tart tin and bake for about 15 minutes, until cooked and slightly brown. Remove from oven and set aside.
  6. To prepare the filling, combine the almonds, sugar, butter, and milk in a saucepan, heat at medium heat and bring to a boil. Stir constantly. Once it begins to boil, cook for about 5 minutes until creamy.
  7. Place the filling on top of the crust and bake in the oven again until golden brown, or for about another 15 minutes.
  8. Remove from the tart tin while still hot.
