Ingredients

  • 200 grams flour
  • 70 grams oats
  • 100 grams chopped almonds
  • 120 grams brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 130 grams butter

Directions

  1. 1In a medium bowl, combine flour, oats, almonds, sugar, baking soda, and cinnamon.
  2. 2Add butter and mix with a pastry cutter to get the a crumbed texture.
  3. 3Add just a little water to bind the dough.
  4. 4Form a ball, cover with a cloth and let rest for 1 hour.
  5. 5Preheat the oven to 150 degrees Celsius.
  6. 6Form the cookies by hand to the prefered size.
  7. 7Arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for about 30 minutes.
  8. 8Remove from the oven and let cool.
