I made a half batch just to see if I would like it. So easy and so delicious! I should have made a full batch! It really does taste just like Almond Joys!

Super easy and quick to make about 20 energy balls. It is not too sweet, it is nutty with the nice finish of coconut and chocolate

Easy and delicious! Used blanched slivered almonds, which helped keep them smooth. Used 1” scoop and required very little extra handling.

Delicious. Even my Granny who is usually very picky about her food found the energy balls great. No cooking, baking or frying required. Nifty. Love it. Thank you!
