Made few modifications & still came out delicious ! I’ve used honey alternative and topped muffin with shaved almonds !

I thought it was a fabulous base! I had a problem with the muffins sticking to the muffin papers so I'll spray them with oil next time. Coconut is next and then carrots! Thank you for a delicious gluten free bread.
