Win win. This is an easy and really delish alternative to traditional brownies! At 25 minutes it’s definitely light cake like. may try baking less time next time to see what it turns out like. So good! used only about 1/4 the honey and butter (prefer the salty over the sweet) and I love it. Definite must try. Will keep in rotation.

These were wonderful! Far exceeded my expectations. I used coconut oil and did half honey and half maple syrup. SO good!

Made this with coconut oil and 2/3 Swerve sweetener, the rest sugar. Nice chocolatey brownie flavor and texture when warm!

Yum! I used regular white sugar in these and added cacao nibs. They are fantastic. Not too sweet and very cake like.

Delicious, love the healthier ingredients and hint of coconut taste as I used melted coconut oil instead of butter. My new favourite. Sprinkled some high quality chocolate chips after baking, popped back in the oven a few minutes to melt then spread and cooled. Will keep a batch of these in the freezer for company and a satisfying healthy chocolate fix!!
