Almond Flour Bread: Low Carb & Gluten Free

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups almond flour (not almond meal)
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

Directions

  1. In a large bowl combine almond flour, salt and baking soda
  2. In a medium bowl whisk the eggs, then add honey and vinegar
  3. Stir wet ingredients into dry
  4. Spoon batter into a well greased pan 7.5 x 3.5
  5. Bake at 300 degrees for 45-55 minutes
