    Perfect! Sliced well, tasted good, and - with blanched almond flour - the color matched what the kids expect from bread. This one will work for the whole family. I am likely to make a couple of leaves of this weekly going forward. Update: We are now making a couple loaves of this a week. Mixins work well for this bread. We often add 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese and bacon bits with sage, or shredded Parmesan with sliced olives and Rosemary. Both are great! We tried another almond bread recipe because we were out of yogurt - it was not as good. We use Siggi's lactose-free yogurt so this works for lactose intolerant folks as well.

    Delicious . I ate my first piece with bread warm and applied butter. Made two loaves. Taking second loaf to Easter Sunday breakfast at church.
