Fixed the texture and cooking issues by using the following and these are now a great healthy addition to our breakfast rotation! Fresh blueberries not frozen! (Less almond milk if use frozen) 2 eggs 1 tsp baking soda 1 1/2 tsp baking powder 1 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (add more to thin if need I used the coconut oil (microwave to melt)

More like almond flour blueberry mush. Trying to flip them like a pancake was more like trying to flip a pile of oatmeal. Did I do something wrong?

Total failure. It's just a bunch of glop. I've made almond flour pancakes before but this was just awful.

They fall apart in the pan. Take way too long to cook. They don't even taste anything like pancakes. Bland and tasteless. I tried saving them with a mashed banana. They still fell apart really easily. I've only tried using almond flour on one recipe so maybe it's not the recipe that sucks but rather it's that almond flour sucks. The syrup makes them taste good but only because it's sugary.
