  • 3 chicken breast halves (skinless, boneless, and thinly sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1/4 cup almonds (coarsely chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons almonds (ground)
  • 2 tablespoons whole wheat flour
  • 2 tablespoons whole wheat breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ground black pepper
  • salt
  • cooking oil (spray)

Directions

  1. 1Cover the chicken with olive oil.
  2. 2Mix the rest of the ingredients together: Parmesan cheese, almonds, flour, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, and pepper and salt to taste. Cover the chicken with this mixture.
