Re-inventing the panini with almond butter, apples, and arugula.

  • 2 slices multigrain bread
  • almond butter
  • 1 handful arugula
  • honey (Optional)

Directions

  1. Heat panini maker to high and on grill setting.
  2. Spread both pieces of bread with almond butter, while on panini maker.
  3. Add sliced apples, arugula (optional drizzle some honey) to one bread slice.
  4. Place the other bread slice on top of the bread with the ingredients.
  5. Remove from grill when you see grill marks and sandwich is hot.
