  • 1 large egg
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk (or soy)
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 3/8 teaspoon almond extract
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil (unrefined, melted and slightly cooled)
  • 2/3 cup coconut cream (leftover from what was used in the cake)
  • 4 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon almond extract
