This is such a tasty dish from so few ingredients. The sausage patties taste so good when they are fried in oil. I diced my apple rather than cut it in quarters and served the sausage on top of the sweet potato puree rather than forming it into balls. This was an easy lunch, but could be a dinner if you added a nice salad and some bread.
