  • 1 Lean Cuisine Alfredo Pasta with Chicken & Broccoli
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/4 yellow onion (diced)
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 cups kale (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)

    Directions

    1. Defrost Lean Cuisine Alfredo Pasta with Chicken & Broccoli. Preheat oven to 350°F.
    2. In a medium size stockpot on medium heat, sweat the onion with the olive oil until the onion is soft and translucent. Add chopped kale and sauté for 1 minute. Add the chicken broth and the Lean Cuisine Alfredo Pasta with Chicken & Broccoli. Simmer on low for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    3. Transfer the ingredients into a small casserole dish, sprinkle with 1/8 cup of Parmesan cheese, cover and bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.
    4. Remove from the oven and garnish with the remainder of the Parmesan cheese, the salt & pepper, and the chili flakes.
