Ingredients

1 loaf bread (Alentejano)
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
oregano (to taste)
1 tomatoes (chopped)
1 onions (chopped)
2 garlic cloves (chopped)
1 mozzarella cheese (cubed)

Directions

1Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
2Remove the crust from the loaf of bread, and set aside.
3Whisk the mayonnaise, and add the aromatic herbs.
4Add the onion and garlic, and mix.
5Add the tomato and the mozzarella cheese and stir well. Season with salt to taste.
6In an baking tray, place the crumbled bread in the center, and around the rest of the bread into pieces that will later serve to eat with the filling. Place in the oven until it gets golden brown.
