- 3 cups brown sugar (packed)
- 3 cups butter (room temperature – that’s six sticks!)
- 6 cups oatmeal (yeah, you read that right)
- 1 tablespoon baking soda
- 3 cups flour

Instead of butter I used coconut oil, and added some vanilla bean paste, and a splash of milk. Soooo yummy!
