Description

The perfect sweet loaf for a quick grab and go snack. Walnuts and chocolate sprinkles add a fun crunch. Made with yogurt instead of butter this loaf is moist and fresh to the last slice.

Ingredients

4 eggs
200 grams sugar
100 grams margarine (softened in the microwave)
1 container yogurt
200 grams flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 handful walnuts (broken into small pieces)
2 tablespoons chocolate sprinkles

Directions

1Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
2Grease a muffin tin with butter and sprinkle it with flour. Set aside.
3Beat the eggs with the sugar until it becomes a fluffy, white mixture.
4Add the margarine and yogurt and beat again.
5Add the flour and baking powder and beat the mix until it forms a smooth batter.
6Finally, add the walnuts and chocolate sprinkles and stir them in with a spoon.
7Place the dough in the muffin tins and bake for about 50 minutes or until they pass a toothpick test.
8Remove them from the oven and take them out of the tin.
