Ingredients

  • 9 pounds pork back ribs
  • 1 1/2 cups marinade (adobo)
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons marjoram (dried)
  • 3 tablespoons dried thyme

Directions

  1. Mix the adobo marinade, ketchup, vinegar, garlic, sugar, thyme and marjoram in a bowl. Reserve half the sauce, and marinate the ribs in the remaining sauce for over two hours, turning frequently.
  2. Heat the oven to 350 degrees F and place the ribs in an oven tray and pour some of the sauce on them. Bake for 1 1/2 hours while basting the ribs with the reserved sauce.
