Acapulco Slaw


1 cup Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise (or Hellmann's®, with Lime Juice)
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
16 ounces slaw mix
1/2 pound jicama (julienned, 1/8 x 1/8 x 3-inch strips)
1 jalapeno chilies (medium, seeded and finely chopped)
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro (finely)
1 tablespoon cumin seed (toasted)
1/2 cup queso fresco (crumbled, optional)


1In large bowl, combine Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Mayonnaise with Lime Juice, lime juice, sugar, salt and black pepper. Add remaining ingredients except cheese; toss to coat. Chill, if desired. Sprinkle with cheese and serve immediately.
