Very tasty! Doubled the recipe and did not bread them with panko as I did not have any, but as far as everyone was concerned it wasn't needed. I also used regular thyme. I did appy size cakes with half, served them at room temperature with a roasted garlic dressing for dip. Looking forward to dinner tonight with the other half, probably with a nice tomato salad.
