Very good! Due to my limited number of pans, I split my baking into 2 batches. I made one regular loaf and one mini in my first round of cooking. I had to cook my mini loaf for about 1h 15m, and the full sized loaf for about 20 minutes more. My second round is going to be another mini loaf and three large muffins to finish off the batter.

Tastes more like gingerbread than pumpkin bread. Half the spices or 1 tsp cinnamon might have been better.
Would be good if you want to make gingerbread, but I wanted pumpkin flavor. Not happy with time and ingredients wasted.

It was moist and delicious!! Made a cream cheese and honey spread to put on the freshly sliced bread. My husband thought it was amazing. Made three nice sized loaves and the spices are just righ. I added some sour cream to the batter and a 1/3 cup of light brown sugar. Also added 1/3 cup vegetable oil and cut out 1/4 cup of the butter. Enjoy!!!

I made this. Next time I will cut the recipe in half because it makes a lot. This bread was delicious—so moist and rich! It is especially good if served with whipped cream cheese spread on top.

Best pumpkin bread ever! I make full recipe and freeze extra loaves. Only issue is can't put full recipe in my stand mixer.
