  • 1 cup yellow onions (chopped)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 8 oz. white mushrooms (sliced fresh)
  • 1/2 cup bone broth (beef, Homemade, if possible.)
  • 2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. sea salt
  • 1 tsp. dried thyme
  • 3/4 tsp. black pepper (omit for elimination phase of AIP)
  • 1 cup coconut milk (I suggest ARROY-D.)
  • 2 Tbsp. flat leaf parsley (chopped)
  • 1 Tbsp. arrowroot starch (/flour)
  • 1 Tbsp. water
