Ingredients

  • 250 grams sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 250 grams plain yogurt (or banana-flavored yogurt)
  • 375 grams flour
  • 125 grams sunflower oil
  • 16 grams baking powder
  • vanilla extract
  • salt
  • cocoa powder

Directions

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. 2In a bowl, beat the sugar and eggs until frothy. Slowly add the yogurt, flour, sunflower oil, baking powder, a few drops of vanilla and a pinch of salt. Mix well.
  3. 3Pour 1/3 of the batter into a baking mold.
  4. 4Mix the remaining 2/3 of the batter with cocoa powder to taste. Pour into the baking mold.
  5. 5Bake for 50 minutes.
  6. 6Let it cool and serve.
