    Fantastic. Super easy, great texture and great tasting. I may try adding a 1/4 tsp. of cream of tartar next time to get rid of the eggy taste.
    Loved this recipe. Easy and versatile. I had it like a big pancake.

    Turned out well, but was too salty. Next time will only use a pinch or none at all. Will make again with less salt. Also I toasted half, as suggested in a pan, and the other half in the toaster, both worked well.

    This recipe is so easy and it is my go to breakfast over the Outer Aisle cauliflower thins, which were my favorite. I use Italian Seasoning and rosemary. I also use just a pinch of salt. Excellent recipe.

    Shocked how good these were! Made nice “biscuits” for a sausage and egg sandwich! Will be making these often. I need to buy a dish to cook them in but I used a normal cereal bowl and it turned out fine just oddly shaped. lol

    Lifesaver “bread” when on keto. Slice in half and make a deli sandwich, use in place of hamburger bun, toast it, butter it and put cinnamon powder and sugar free syrup to make them into French toast-yummy!

    It’s like an egg pancake. I would make it again, but you have to know going in that it’s not the same as normal bread.

    I only had baking soda so I made it into baking powder with a teaspoon of cream of tartar and cannot wait to try this with other seasonings and sizes . I haven’t had bread in so long *cheers*

    I have tried other recipes, they were not anywhere near this good. The only thing I changed was the amount of Baking powder which I cut in half. I doubled the recipe and made enough for each of us to have two slices for dinner. Please note: This is low carb bread, expect it to be eggy, and it was, but the moment I added butter it was fantastic.

    soft and light, quick and nice :) just use less salt, I used salted butter so I didn't need to add salt at all but if you do use just a pinch!

    pretty good overall. i need a better glass bowl to cook it in. Also 1/4 tsp is too much salt. will use a pinch next time

    This is so quick and easy! I will definitely keep this recipe handy for anytime I need a more filling snack. I like to put natural PB on top (and sometimes sugar free chocolate chips)! Thank you for sharing!

    The bread was good, it made for a great breakfast sandwich. One thing, if using salted butter, don't add the salt to the mixture.
