Great, very easy and tasty especially after toasting. Very buttery for me I would use less butter and salt.

Tastes great and was easy to make

It was excellent, except that it was insanely salty. I also substituted cream for butter because I was out of butter. Cut the salt down to a pinch and you've got a winner.

i sub'd rice flower/sweet rice flower as i didn't almond or coconut. 1/4 tsp salt. toasted after with bacon grease in a iron skillet. came out amazing! my son said it kind of tasted like pancakes. going to experiment with that. thnx for recipe!

It’s not good old fashioned 12 grain bread but it’s not bad. Next time I’ll cut the salt to 1/8-1/4 tsp. It was a little salty for my liking. At least it’s bread 😊

Salty but it was nice to have bread, I think if we cut back on the salt this would be perfect

It was saltier than I expected. But I am sure if you add some stevia and cut back on the salt it would be better. I loved the texture and ate it with strawberries and organic peanut butter

I highly recommend this recipe. I used egg whites only and also added two packs of stevia and then micrwaved for 2 minutes. Perfect and delicious.

A little too salty but great texture. Next time use 1/4t or 1/8t of salt and unsalted butter. I put it in the air fryer for 3 min. Toasty and warm.

Goog and easy! Definitely going to make it again!

Great, added garlic granules and Parmesan then toasted in frypan both sides after microwaving

It was very salty. It tastes more like an egg souffle, which is fine, but not like bread. It would be good with cooked bacon mixed in.

Impressed for something that was made in the microwave

so good! we toasted it and had it as egg on toast

Needs a little less salt, and worked better in a 4.5 inch ramekin than in a 3 inch one. I didn't have a 4 inch one. Also, it took a little longer on the 3 inch one. It was OK just microwaved, but really improved when toasted in butter in a saute' pan. I served it with an egg on top and it was good that way. I wonder if it would be better baked in a toaster oven, instead of microwave. Quick is often OK but sometimes flavor wins.
