    This turned out amazing! I only had one pan so I formed the second loaf into a general rectangularish shape... this is delicious bread - tastes like white bread. Only fresher and more foody.

    I'm a novice when it came to baking bread but this was a every easy. I didn't use the melted butter straight, added a bit of milk to it and brushed it with that.

    Use rapid rise, or instantly activating yeast. unless youre activating (active dry)yeast in water before mixing, then always use instant :)

    This was my first time making bread. The recipe was easy to follow. I attempted a loaf and put some of the dough in muffin tins. I used butter in the muffin tins and they burned. The loaf turned out nicely.

    Halved the recipe, may add a water bath to make it a little crispier on the outside thought. Lovely and soft inside.
