it turned out good. although my icing was a bit grainy (something to do with my double boiler). its a nice light frosting although its very very sweet (the best things in life are sweet😋). it made quite a bit so i made meringue with the left over icing. its a nice easy recipe that is much cheaper than making butter cream frosting. keeping this one.

Perfect, thanks to all the tips & step by step instructions. I have tried making it before with no luck. It's fantastic, easy & a lot less expensive than the butter & cream cheese I was using before.
