Excellent! I added some extra spices, such as cumin and garlic powder; used one half cup chopped tomato in addition to 1/2c salsa. An awesome dish suitable as a chip dip, burrito filling, or by the spoonful. I’ll definitely be making this again.

It turned out amazingly good! I made it today for the first time and took it to a work potluck. My coworkers loved it! And asked for the recipe. This will be on my go to list 😋 Btw I did add some feta cheese.

Amazing👏👏 quick, simple and still tastes fantastic. Would recommend doing your own salsa, if you have the time and energy, though doing it with premade salsa is great.

This shouldn’t even be considered cooking, it’s so easy to make!! Next time I would add tofu or chicken and chopped jalapeños. Maybe some feta too!

This recipe was great! I cut back on the salsa and added chopped onions and garlic. I used a chicken bullion with the water to cook the quinoa. Added some cut tomatoes, hot sauce and lime to top it off. All just my own personal preferences for taste. Will be trying this recipe with a vegetable bullion next time!

It was good but I feel next time I would put a bit less salsa or try a different one. Maybe add more veggies too. Still it was quick to make and easy.

The salad came out pretty well actually. I don’t personally like the taste of the avacado in this particular dish. Aside from that I enjoy it and will be using it for weekly meal prep.
