I added some vegan chicken-style pieces for a little more protein and wrapped it up in a tortilla.

I use this mixtures and place it in a tortilla for lunch. I smear the tortilla with avocado, sprinkle some Everything but the bagel seasoning, fill tortilla with the quinoa, beans, and corn.

Excellent! I added some extra spices, such as cumin and garlic powder; used one half cup chopped tomato in addition to 1/2c salsa. An awesome dish suitable as a chip dip, burrito filling, or by the spoonful. I’ll definitely be making this again.

Amazing👏👏 quick, simple and still tastes fantastic. Would recommend doing your own salsa, if you have the time and energy, though doing it with premade salsa is great.
