It was good but I will continue my old recipe. This one was not as moist but less calories.

Made this a little while ago in a bundt pan instead of a bread pan cause that’s all I had. I re-calculated the time it would need to bake from 60-65 min down to about 40min and it turned out great!! Nice flavor and moistness!

Delish! I used 5 bananas and didn't have the brown sugar, just used granulated sugar. Hand mixing is messy, but is easy and makes you feel good!

Amazing! I do add one extra banana and a 1/2 tsp more baking soda, so as not to end up too soggy. Easy recipe, evenly bakes & gets better by the next day

This was the easiest and best banana bread I’ve ever made! It was incredibly dense and didn’t rise very much, but it was rich with great flavor! I love that it doesn’t have much sugar, but I did sprinkle some cane sugar on top before baking. This gave it a little crunch and added sweetness, without too many extra calories. The recipe is right on about waiting before cutting into it, giving it overnight to set and cool made it so much better!
