I didn't use the type of mustard mentioned in the recipe which is probably why it didnt turn out as good as I thought it would

I used regular mustard and dried thyme, and frozen boneless skinless thighs and brests. It was still wonderful! The whole family loved it!

Used Dijon mustard instead and that was the best decision! I also cooked it for an extra 10 minutes and it gave the edges some crust. Delicious!

Yummy! I used Dijon mustard and honey. Forgot to buy fresh thyme so used dried mixed herbs instead - tasted lovely served with new potatoes.

I took everyone’s advise to double the sauce and I used English mustard instead. This recipe tastes and smells soooo good!

Turned out great, used 2 tbsp Dijon mustard & 1 tbsp honey mustard. Added potatoes on the baking sheet and put it all in the over together!

This recipe is delicious! I was a little nervous at first because my husband isn't particularly fond of mixing sweets with salts. Instead I only poured 1 TBSP. of honey and it was perfect! He couldn't even taste the honey by it was enough to balance out the tangy taste of the mustard. I am also fond of dijon mustard so I substituted 2 TBSP. of Dijon (for that extra oomph) and only used 1 TBSP. of the deli mustard. Again, this recipe was soooo easy and delicious!

I made it with the bone in and then chopped up on a spinach salad. Delicious! It was one of my husband's favorite meals and since there are just two of us we can have leftovers.

I absolutely loved this dish and so did my husband - this will certainly become a staple in our house! I am a beginner cook and it was so easy to make. 5 Stars!
