I was so excited to find an easy handmade pasta recipe, but my pasta came out inedible. I followed the recipe using the additional tips reduced the salt, added olive oil. The first problem I encountered was producing a stiff dough--mine came out more like large crumbs/chunks of dough. I have arthritis, and I should have used a pasta roller to roll out the dough, as I could not get it thin enough with the rolling pin. When I finally cooked the pasta--for a long time--it still tasted like flour. I was very sad. I hope I can find a new recipe.

The first time I made this I wasn't pleased with the cheese taste or texture. I like my mac & cheese to be very creamy & I thought it as too dry for my taste. I made A second batch & used one cup velveeta cheese and 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese. It was just what I wanted the second round & a big hit with my daughter.

Looks like it'll be amazing but I was a bit disappointed with the texture and could have done with a bit of extra flavour.

It wasn't really nice as it was too dry and hard.I do not like it that much but at least it was nice.

it only takes 5 min if you already have say left-over pasta, but otherwise delicious I added Garlic powder. !

The recipe called for a little bit too much milk which left it soupy and just did the pasta no justice. Maybe a little more cheese and little less milk.
