Very good. I do not have a broiler and it still worked perfectly. Although, did have to tinfoil the top to avoid burning the crust.

I love how easy it is to make this bread and how I can make a batch, throw it in the fridge and have fresh bread all week.

Never made bread before trying this recipe yesterday. Now, I will never buy bread again. This is so simple and simply the best bread I have ever had the joy of eating. FYI, recipe makes 2 large loaves. Going to try making next one with rosemary , then one with basil, and one with spinach and feta. This would be great as smaller bun sizes for burgers. Thanks so much for sharing the recipe.
